Tasks

• File invoices and contracts.
• Prepare quotations in MS Word.
• Sort and verify incoming mail.
• Follow up and verify account statements.
• Assist in preparing billing.
• Submit purchase order requests to clients.
• Prepare deposits.
• Prepare credit card payment receipts.
• Perform various basic administrative tasks.
