Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and strategic Human Resources Advisor to join our client's HR team on a 12-month contract. This is an exceptional opportunity for a collaborative HR professional who thrives in a strategic yet hands-on environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic HR Partnerships, you will partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent development, cultural performance, and workforce planning initiatives. Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals Influence business and people plans to support organizational performance and growth Assess workforce trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business success Diagnose organizational challenges and implement effective people solutions Lead strategic initiatives focused on organizational capacity, capability, culture, and employee experience Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness Talent & Leadership Development Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives Support internal mobility, employee growth, and career development strategies Provide coaching to leaders at all levels to enhance performance and effectiveness Champion initiatives that strengthen team effectiveness and organizational culture Change Management & Employee Experience Lead and support change management initiatives across the business Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver aligned and impactful programs Support key HR programs including: Performance Management Leadership Development Succession Planning Employee Development Compensation Programs Mentorship Initiatives Employee Relations & Risk Management Provide guidance on employee performance, conduct, and workplace concerns Support leaders with complex employee relations matters Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices Identify and mitigate people-related risks Continuous Improvement Drive HR process optimization and operational excellence Support the development and enhancement of HR programs, governance, and service delivery models Gather feedback from stakeholders and recommend improvements to HR services and practices Represent business needs during HR program design and implementation
Qualifications and Skills: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field Minimum 8+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness, or Organizational Development CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation REQUIRED Experience working within large, complex organizations Progressive HR leadership experience with increasing scope and responsibility Proven ability to influence senior leaders and frontline leaders Significant experience supporting organizational change and culture transformation initiatives Strong background in: Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership Coaching, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Change Management and Employee Relations Experience driving HR process improvement and operational excellence Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
