JOB TITLE Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:

Key Industries has an exciting student opportunity for the summer months. The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The candidate would work alongside the Human Resource administrative department and would assist with administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices, statements, and basic financial documents

  • Support the HR Team with all transactional HR functions

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, pre-screening phone interviews, and conducting reference checks

  • Process payments and respond to inquiries

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems

  • Enter and manage data across systems

  • Answer and direct phone calls and messages

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in basic office software
  • Professional communication skills
