Recruiter Location: Burlington, ON

Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 6 months Shift / Schedule: Days
Job Summary The ideal candidate must be a strategic, full-cycle recruiter capable of managing stakeholders and actively headhunting. The manager is not looking for an admin-level recruiter.
Key Responsibilities True Full-Cycle Experience: Requisition intake, active sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support. Proactive Headhunting: Demonstrated success in engaging and converting passive candidates (beyond screening inbound resumes). Consultative Approach: Advising hiring managers, providing market insights, and influencing hiring decisions. Advanced Assessment: Unscripted, meaningful phone screens to uncover candidate motivations and true fit.
