Fall 2026 Internship

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and identifying top talent. Join a bilingual, high-performance, inclusive and collaborative national recruitment team, where professionalism and fun are at the heart of our culture. More specifically, you will be required to : Contribute to the full recruitment cycle, including proactive candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling group interviews, coordinating background checks and presenting offers to selected candidates Manage candidate pools and participate in prospecting and visibility activities with targeted organizations Solicit and attract passive candidates to fill current positions Promote careers within the Group and support employee development by providing information, advice and feedback as part of the staffing process. Participate in various development projects related to the evolution of talent acquisition practices Ensure compliance with privacy and information security policies and guidelines

What you bring to the table Student enrolled in a College or Bachelor's program in administration, human resources or industrial relations The internship must be credited/certified by your educational institution as part of your current diploma Knowledge of French is required Action oriented, Customer Focus, Decision quality, Differences, Nimble learning, Situational adaptability
