Your Role
As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your Scope Includes
Partnership
Be responsible for the recruitment cycle for hourly positions (blue collar). Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs; advise on market trends and candidate profiles. Ensure a high level of service quality and candidate experience throughout the various stages of recruitment.
Visibility strategy
Create attractive and relevant job postings and job ads; work as a team with your talent attraction colleagues to develop the best visibility strategies. Continue developing your expertise by creating your network, increasing the visibility of your social medias, participating in hiring events, etc.
Auditing
Monitor and audit recruitment KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance standards are met and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our ATS, and ensure alignment and consistency in recruitment practices.
What You Bring
You're a natural fit for Talent Acquisition Advisor if you have:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment of hourly positions (blue collar), preferably in a high-volume or multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of the GTA labor market and recruitment channels. Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics (SuccessFactors-SAP). Be an excellent listener with strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy while effectively supporting your managers throughout the processes. Thrive on communication and have a proactive approach to expanding your network and enhancing your talent acquisition expertise. Be passionate about learning more about people, their experiences and their development to successfully create the best match between candidate and managers. Ability to travel regularly in our GTA units. Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset
