Designed for municipalities, community centers, nonprofits, businesses, and recreation organizations, Amilia SmartRec™ streamlines operations, optimizes facility management, and simplifies program and membership management. Since 2009, Amilia has been on a mission to revolutionize how communities connect and participate in activities. By combining cutting-edge technology with deep industry expertise, the software empowers organizations to manage registrations, memberships, facilities, and finances more efficiently while enhancing community engagement. Over 1,500 organizations across 6,600 locations in North America rely on Amilia to serve 4.5 million participants and process $750M in transactions annually. Caring is at the core of Amilia’s culture: for customers, tailored products, and colleagues alike. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation, this mindset shapes everything we do. What you can expect: At Amilia, culture is one of our key differentiators, it’s felt not only by our team, but also by the clients and communities we serve. They don’t just choose our technology; they choose the people and mindset behind it. That’s why the Talent & Culture function is so strategic here. If you’re looking to make real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, this opportunity is for you. We're looking for a Talent & Culture Coordinator to join us on a maternity leave replacement contract. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day employee experience at Amilia, with a focus on the workplace, company events, social involvement, recognition, and internal communications. You'll also support talent acquisition and employer branding while delivering an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience. This is a full-time, temporary position covering a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension or transition depending on business needs. How you’ll contribute: Own the workplace environment as the go-to contact for all suppliers (building management, coffee, cleaning, food & beverage), managing inventory and orders. Lead company social events end to end (Company Town Hall, 5@7s, End of Year Celebrations) and remote-friendly formats so every Amilian feels included, wherever they are. Own recognition initiatives, volunteering programs, and wellbeing activities that bring people together. Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for individual-contributor roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers, in partnership with hiring managers. Champion our employer brand through recruitment initiatives, content, and Great Place to Work certification efforts. Deliver a memorable onboarding experience, from welcome package to day-one facilitation, and act as a cultural buddy for new hires. Manage internal communications, including new-hire announcements, office updates, and team news. Own the workplace budget end to end, benchmarking suppliers and finding smart, cost-effective solutions. Keep our common areas welcoming and functional, lead the Health & Safety committee, and continuously look for ways to improve the office experience. Measure the impact of your initiatives and keep evolving them based on what works. Provide ad-hoc support across the company: team-building, Lunch & Learns, client visits, and shipping coordination.

The experience we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree in HR, administration, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of experience in employee experience, workplace/office management, HR coordination, or events. Proven experience managing a workplace environment, vendor relationships, and budgets. Full-cycle recruitment experience and familiarity with ATS tools (Recruitee, LinkedIn) is an asset. Fully bilingual, French and English (spoken and written). An ownership mindset: you run with things without needing direction. A warm, human-centric approach, and a natural culture ambassador. Excellent organization and judgment, comfortable juggling many priorities at once. Strong communication skills, with a flair for employer brand and internal content. Resourcefulness, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset. What you will get from us: A competitive and progressive salary; A group RRSP employer contribution up to 5%; A group insurance for you and your family as well as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and telemedicine (conditions apply); A $750 wellness allowance per year; The possibility of working in the office or at home, and up to 3 months abroad per year (conditions apply); A strong work-life balance: flexible hours, 4 weeks' vacation and 8 sick days yearly, and year-round mini-Fridays; Skill development opportunities through engaging workshops, communities of practice, trainings, access to Udemy and opportunities to attend conferences; Companywide and team bonding activities to connect with your peers throughout the year and social activities to connect with your peers; Weekly Bootcamp and Pilates classes for Amilians; 25% discount on annual membership for STM and EXO; In-office snacks, including fresh fruit baskets, coffee, beverages, and free drinks. Amilia is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity and encourages applications from women, members of visible minorities and ethnic groups, Indigenous Peoples, persons with disabilities, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations of the Province of Quebec. Amilia is committed to providing a work environment free of discrimination and harassment. Amilia's strength lies in the sum of the ideas and innovations shared by its diverse and inclusive teams.
