Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Plan and organize construction projects. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Administer and deliver the negotiated collective agreement including terms and conditions of employment between union and employer. Organize and maintain inventory. Tender contracts. Prepare tenders and quotations. Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Monitor safety conditions. Manage contracts.
