About The Role

The Human Resources Coordinator at Commsoft Technologies - Fidelio plays a vital role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support our growth and strategic objectives. This position involves working closely with the HR Director to implement effective recruitment strategies, manage candidate sourcing, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. The role also encompasses participation in various HR projects such as talent management, employee engagement, workplace climate improvement, and compensation and benefits strategies. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive employer brand and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the HR department’s objectives:

Planning and coordinating recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to attract and retain top talent Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals Posting job offers on various online platforms and sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other channels Analyzing and sorting CVs to identify qualified candidates Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers Participating in HR projects related to talent and performance management, workplace climate, onboarding, and compensation and benefits strategies Contributing to the dissemination of clear and fluid communication within the company to promote transparency and engagement Ensuring all recruitment and HR practices uphold the company’s employer brand image and adhere to organizational policies
