About the role
Adecco is urgently hiring for 2 results-driven and client-focused Recruiters to support the growth and success of our client in North York (near 404/401 – free parking). This role is a full-cycle recruitment role for a high volume of certified and customer related talent across Ontario and New Brunswick from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding and more while driving exceptional candidate experiences.
Pay Rate: $23-25/hour Location: North York, ON (Consumers Road area) Shift: Monday to Friday | 9am – 5:00pm Job type: Temporary | Full-time – 1 month with potential to extend Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Produce and manage job postings and recruiting sources using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment best practices Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Qualifications: Ideally 1 year+ experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house); open to candidates who have recruitment internships as well Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Creative, persistent, patient, outgoing, able to work in a fast paced hiring environment Solid understanding of employment legislation and hiring best practices Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
