Experience & Education
Several years of professional experience in HR, leadership, or healthcare is preferred.
Candidates should possess a minimum undergraduate degree, ideally in:
- Human Resources
- Organizational Psychology
- Business
- Healthcare Administration
Responsibilities
This role includes:
- recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
- coordinating staffing support when operational gaps arise
- payroll processing and HR documentation
- helping create an environment built on respect, accountability, and trust
- strengthening team connection and morale through onboarding, recognition, celebrations, and team events
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package with meaningful opportunities for long-term professional development and leadership progression.
- $70,000?$95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
