About

As Director of Career Development, Chelsie Noble leads the Harris Career Development Office’s team of Career Coaches and oversees the design and delivery of the “Careers In” elective curriculum. With nearly a decade of experience supporting job seekers across industries and career stages, Chelsie brings a strategic, student-centered approach to helping individuals navigate complex career decisions and competitive job markets.

In her coaching, Chelsie works with Harris students to clarify career goals, translate prior experiences into new professional contexts, and build actionable job search strategies—from first application through offer negotiation. She specializes in helping students develop the skills, persistence, and growth mindset required to manage career transitions and sustain long-term professional growth.

Prior to Harris, Chelsie led large, international teams developing coaching products for seed-funded through global, hyper-growth technology companies. She has taught learners ranging from high school students to adult professionals and has designed original learning content grounded in adult learning theory to support meaningful career change.

Chelsie is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds a BS in Behavioral Science from Western Michigan University.
