About the role

Position Summary...

This role is responsible for program administration, problem escalation and resolution, program management, and daily vendor management of assigned benefit programs for all associates. Responsibilities include making recommendations for changes, developing communication and education, and providing end-to-end administration support.

What you'll do...

This role administers benefit programs, including insurance, health and dental benefits, retirement and savings programs, discount programs, and other assigned benefits. Administration may involve maintaining benefits mailboxes, direct system administration, or supporting third-party vendors in escalations. Additionally, the role includes providing guidance on benefit policies, conducting orientation, and training managers on benefit processes.

The role also involves researching and problem-solving to address issues within the assigned portfolio. This includes conducting root cause analysis and engaging relevant departments to implement solutions. The role may also support reporting activities not managed by third-party administrators and ensure all materials are current and up to date.

Communication and education opportunities are identified to ensure associates understand and value the benefit programs. This role monitors industry trends and program utilization to recommend improvements and may act as a subject matter expert on projects for process improvements and design changes. Regular audits are conducted to identify anomalies and trends, ensuring appropriate responses are implemented.

The pay range for this position is $64,700.00 - $88,990.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
