About the role
Office Administrator – Vaughan/Concord Area Full-Time | Onsite | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations in our Vaughan/Concord location. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes, and the ability to manage front desk responsibilities while supporting employees and business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling general inquiries Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) duties, including invoice processing, tracking, and administrative support for payments Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams for daily tasks Support new employee onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork, coordinating resources, and assisting with onboarding processes Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required Coordinate office documentation, filing, and record management Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative tasks Support various ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required
Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of experience in an office administration role Previous Accounts Payable experience required Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines Experience supporting employee onboarding is an asset
