Location: LATAM/US Working hours: Standard 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours when needed to support candidates in different time zones Talent Partner — LATAM/US The Opportunity Reap is scaling 2–3x over the next 12 months, and The Americas — including Latin America — is a key growth region. We're looking for a Talent Partner to own full-cycle hiring across our LATAM/US markets and neighboring timezones, partnering directly with hiring managers and bringing deep familiarity with the region's talent landscape. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who knows how to attract and assess talent across Latin America, engages candidates fluently in their own language, and thrives in a fast-moving, multi-market environment. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working alongside the wider Talent Acquisition team. What You'll Be Doing Full-Cycle Recruiting Own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of roles across Latin American markets and neighbouring regions Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, sourcing strategy, and process. Source actively across LATAM/US channels (LinkedIn, referrals, local communities, inbound) and build healthy pipelines across multiple markets. Run structured interviews and screens, engaging candidates in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or English as appropriate. Regional Market Expertise Bring familiarity with LATAM/US talent markets, hiring norms, compensation expectations, and sourcing channels across key markets (e.g. Brazil, Mexico, and Spanish-speaking LATAM). Advise hiring managers on realistic pipelines, timelines, and market conditions in-region. Candidate Experience Deliver a responsive, high-quality experience for every candidate Keep hiring managers and candidates informed with clear, timely communication across time zones. ATS Manage your requisitions and pipelines in ATS — keep data accurate, move candidates through stages, and maintain strong pipeline hygiene. Use dashboards to track your own funnel and surface issues early. Support accurate reporting by keeping the ATS clean and up to date. Contribute to the Team Follow and give feedback on shared hiring standards, interview practices, and playbooks. Contribute regional insight that improves how we hire Improve processes to maximize efficiency What We're Looking For Experience ~3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (fintech, SaaS, or tech a plus). Proven hiring experience across Latin American markets, with a strong understanding of the region's talent landscape. Proven use-cases of AI in recruitment Skills & Capabilities Professional working proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written). Familiarity with LATAM hiring norms, sourcing channels, and compensation dynamics. Solid sourcing skills and good judgment in candidate assessment. Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers; comfortable operating across LATAM time zones. Comfortable working in an ATS and conscious about data quality. Well organised, adaptable, and able to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience. Success in This Role (first 6 months) You're independently owning a portfolio across the LATAM time zone — with a focus on LATAM markets — and closing quality hires. Hiring managers trust your process, regional insight, and partnership. Your ATS pipelines are clean, current, and reliable. Candidate experience stays strong across markets and languages even as volume rises. Particularly Strong Fit If You Enjoy fast-paced, high-volume environments and want to grow in recruiting.
