Talent Acquisition Specialist Toronto, Canada Min 6 months contract
Required Qualifications Full-cycle recruitment experience for Product roles in both agency and/or in-house environments. Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring workloads (20+ open requisitions simultaneously). Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior and demanding stakeholders. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize workload while managing complex hiring processes involving sourcing, immigration, compensation/total rewards, and other cross-functional dependencies. Extensive experience recruiting for Product-focused roles, including: Product Managers Product Designers Other Product-related positions Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic talent partner by understanding product lifecycles, market trends, and business needs. Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving hiring goals. Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments. Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities. Proven experience advising, influencing, and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
