Job Title HR Project & Analytics Manager About This Role: Workplace Arrangements This is a hybrid role out of our Ottawa Home Office on Walkley road. You can expect to work onsite 2-3 days/week. What You'll Be Doing: Drive planning execution and implementation of HR initiatives- ensuring timelines, scope, risks and stakeholder expectations are managed to deliver measurable outcomes Coordinate change management, communication , and engagement activities to build awareness, understanding, and commitment among leaders and employees. Manage the review and update of policies, procedures, frameworks, and supporting documentation impacted by the talent model. Collaborate with COES, HRBPs, IS and Operations to streamline processes, standardize practices, and ensure solutions are aligned with policy, compliance, and organizational priorities Monitor performance implementation solutions, gather feedback, refine processes, and support change management activities to ensure successful adoption and sustained impact. Design, maintain, and automate metrics, dashboards, reports, and data models that translate HR data into actionable insights for decision-makers. Assess current HR workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and deploy automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy and employee experience. What You'll Bring: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years managing cross-functional projects, programs, or business transformation initiatives. 2+ years experience supporting change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities. 2+ years experience documenting and improving business processes, policies, and operating procedures. 2+ years experience gathering, analyzing, and reporting workforce or business data to support decision making. Strong project management, organization, planning, and prioritization skills. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Advanced relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Assets You May Have Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci, Change Management, Lean, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification. Experience implementing talent management, performance management, compensation, or HR transformation programs. Experience working with Workday or other Human Capital Management systems. Experience developing executive dashboards and workforce analytics. Experience supporting automation, reporting, or process optimization initiatives. Salary $84,200.00 - $126,300.00 Short Term Incentive Plan Bonus - Short-Term Incentive Plan, 15% Annual Retirement Support Bonus - Management Profit Sharing Plan (MPSP), 15% Annual What Giant Tiger Offers: Competitive Compensation: The salary range for this position is listed above. Giant Tiger will consider factors such as experience, skills and internal equity to ensure you are paid competitively.
Short Term Incentive Plan: This role includes an annual bonus opportunity based on the percentage of base salary listed above, with payout determined by company and individual performance.
Retirement Support: This role is eligible for company-funded retirement savings, with contributions made on your behalf. The specific retirement program and contribution level are noted above.
