About the role

A career as a Human resources Information Systems Specialist (HRIS) in the HR Systems team at National Bank means being an expert in HR technology solutions and systems development. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your expertise in HR technology, solution analysis and feature optimisation. You actively contribute to the evolution of practises and systems by proposing innovative solutions that are aligned with business needs and best practises on the market.

Your job

Analyze supplier updates to optimise the evolution of HR systems and ensure they are aligned with business needs Advise our HR practises partners in identifying and implementing adapted technological solutions Handle complex system issues and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity Contribute to large-scale systems integration and evolution projects in collaboration with the it and business teams Ensure the integrity of data and processes by proposing control and monitoring mechanisms Coordinate work with external suppliers to ensure alignment with organisational needs and existing processes

Your team

You will be part of a team of 9 colleagues specialising in HR systems and reporting to the HR Systems Manager in the Human experience and Performance – Evolution and Delivery sector. Our team stands out for its ability to work closely with the HR and it practises teams to deliver technological developments and solutions that have a direct impact on the employee experience and performance. It plays a key role in developing practises and systems by ensuring consistency and integration of the technology ecosystem.

Our training programs promote on-the-job learning and continuous development. Specialized HR technology content, internal and external knowledge bases and a variety of other content. Collaborating with experienced colleagues with diverse profiles will enrich your professional development. This role also offers you opportunities to move towards advanced expertise or leadership mandates in high-impact strategic projects.

Prerequisites

A related bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience or any combination of equivalent training and relevant experience Experience with recognised HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, workforce software) Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, talent management, compensation, payroll) Proficiency in analysing complex solutions and problem-solving skills Ability to influence, advise and build trust-based relationships with partners Languages: French, English Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
