About the role
The salary for this position is $78,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. This position is responsible for the client operations & people management for assigned regions and building location(s). The role is in-office daily Monday to Friday located in downtown Toronto. Must work designated schedule shift Monday to Friday 7am-3pm EST, however, flexibility is required for any changes that may occur in program to work outside standard shift within reason.

The Workplace Support Services Senior Manager role is assigned building locations to ensure operations are completed daily within their team.
Manage current direct reports; Regional Manager, Refreshments Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and Porter Program Supervisor (additional may be added within reason)
The WSS Regional Director role is 100% compass operations (on floor tasks, floor inspections, etc.) and client operations (admin tasks, floor walks, client meetings, projects, audits)
The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing the WSS program assigned regions (Calgary, Vancouver, etc.), the Refreshments Program, and Porter Program
Client Management; work with RBC client manager & Compass GM
CRE WSS email inbox management & oversight, client admin communication, escalations, CBRE
HR Matters, Health & Safety, development, and oversight, for management, leads, associates
Compass reporting; documentation, reports (i.e. SLAs), audit and compliance, projects, SOP, etc.
Oversee all admin for operations; payroll, vacation approvals, associate tracking, Health & Safety completion, OneDrive and BOX management, etc.
Associates: Hiring, performance appraisals, probation reviews, onboarding, off boarding, 1:1s, building inspections
Conduct Audits: Lockboxes, coffee and supply inventory management, documentation, training refreshers, compass reports, and access cards
Regional management for Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Winnipeg, Moncton, Bedford (additional regions may be added within reason)
Must demonstrate the ability to apply common sense and understanding to a variety of situations. Must demonstrate a willingness and capacity to follow safe and healthful work practices. Observes safety and security procedures; reports all potentially unsafe conditions.
