ty Reporting to the Human Resources leadership team, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders and employees, supporting a diverse workforce across multiple locatio ns.The successful candidate will play a key role in labour relations, employee engagement, policy interpretation, investigations, performance management, and collective agreement administrati

rship Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to operational leadership teams.Partner with managers to address employee relations matters and organizational chall enges.Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace cu lture.Ensure compliance with applicable federal and provincial employment legisl

ualifications Requi

red Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources and/or Labour Relati ons experience.Experience supporting unioni zed workforces.Strong understanding of employment legislation and labour relat ions practices.Proven experience handling employee relations issues, investigations, and performance mana gement matters.Preferred QualificationsPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent designation consi dered an asset.Previous experience supporting multiple locations or field-ba sed operations.Experience participating in collective bargaining activities is hi
