Job Description:
The Associate will:
-Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, policies, programs, practices and tactics in local, national and international environments.
-Establish and maintain effective external relationships (e.g. employers, regulators, post-secondary institutions)
-Provide specialized and complex information on professional licensure, including required national examinations and assessment pathways, to physicians and health professionals considering Saskatchewan as a place to work/practice.
-Build trusting relationships with students, residents, physicians and health professionals to influence their decision on where to work/practice.
-Utilize, support and troubleshoot software that hosts candidate profiles to ensure the Agency has the insights needed to promote career opportunities
-provide front-line service to public and others on services and programs such as incentives, resources for licensing and job posting
-Contribute to sourcing and recruitment activities such initial screening of profiles and resumes; tracking and reporting.
Travel Required: From time to time, local, national and international travel may be required.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Education:
-Bachelors degree or diploma in human resources or commerce/business administration or other relevant field.

- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
- Computer Skills
Knowledge and Abilities
- 1 to 2 years of experience working with diverse and external clients, ideally in human resource recruitment.
- Knowledge of physician and health professional licensure would be an asset.
