About the role
About Mundoro Mundoro is a publicly listed company on the TSX-V in Canada and OTCQB in the USA with a portfolio of mineral properties focused primarily on base and precious metals. To drive value for shareholders, Mundoro’s asset portfolio generates near-term cash payments to Mundoro and creates royalties attached to each mineral property optioned to partners. The portfolio of mineral properties is currently focused predominantly on copper in two mineral districts: Europe and the southwest USA. We operate with a lean, internationally distributed team with active projects and corporate entities across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Serbia, and Bulgaria.
The Opportunity We are creating a new role — Manager, Corporate Services — to bring in-house the day-to-day corporate secretarial, banking, compliance, and administrative work. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who wants ownership over a broad and interesting scope of work in a growing exploration company.
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities Executive & team administrative support (front and centre) — Provide responsive, professional support to the CEO and core senior team, as a daily part of the role. Coordinate contract execution, insurance renewals, and service-provider administration. Support special projects, corporate transactions, and due diligence. Banking compliance — Coordinate multi-jurisdictional banking compliance across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Serbia, and Bulgaria — KYC refresh cycles, signatory changes, beneficial-ownership confirmations. Maintain the master banking register. Corporate registry compliance — Keep Mundoro's group entities in good standing across every jurisdiction we operate in. Track annual returns, registered-office renewals, director/officer registrations. Coordinate reorganizations and life-cycle events. TSXV & SEDAR+ filing support — Hands-on filing support for our continuous-disclosure obligations. SEDAR+ filings, TSXV filings, SEDI insider reporting, PIF/Form 2A submissions. Board and committee meeting logistics. Equity incentive plan administration — Maintain the option and RSU ledger. Coordinate grants, exercises, and settlements with the transfer agent, the Controller, and the Corporate Secretary. HR contracts & policy library — Maintain employment and contractor agreements across all jurisdictions. Payroll oversight in coordination with the Controller. Corporate governance and HR policy library maintenance. Corporate governance — Work with each standing board committee chair to keep charters, governance policies, and internal controls current on their mandated review cycles. AI-augmented workflow — We actively use AI tools (Claude, Google Gemini, and others) across the business, and this role is no exception. You'll be expected to use AI as part of how you work day-to-day — drafting and reviewing correspondence, summarizing materials, researching topics, automated scheduling, AI assisted contract reviews, and more. We're looking for someone who already works this way and can demonstrate experience.
What You Bring: Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a corporate services, corporate administration, paralegal, or governance-support role Substantive exposure to Canadian public-company compliance — TSX Venture Exchange listing experience strongly preferred Demonstrated working knowledge of SEDAR+ filing, TSXV filings, and SEDI insider reporting Hands-on experience administering an equity incentive plan (stock options and/or RSUs) for a public company Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional banking compliance across two or more countries Experience maintaining HR contracts and a corporate policy library Real, hands-on experience using AI tools in your actual work — able to speak to specific tasks where AI changed how you worked Self-directed and execution-focused — comfortable owning a wide compliance calendar and driving it forward without daily oversight Exceptionally organized, discreet, and collaborative across cultures and time zones Paralegal training is preferred but not required. Experience with junior mining, natural resources, or Eastern European corporate environments is an asset. Fluency in a second language (Serbian, Bulgarian, or Spanish) is a plus.
What we offer Full-time, fully remote, Canada-based Competitive base salary, participation in the Company's Equity Incentive Plan, and group benefits — full compensation details will be discussed at the interview stage A small, senior team where your work is visible and valued Opportunity to grow into higher-end governance work over time
Why Join Mundoro? Impact: Play a pivotal role in shaping a growing public company. Innovation: Be at the forefront of integrating technology and AI into the administration function. Growth: Join a company with a clear strategy and a portfolio of assets critical to the future of the energy transition and technology. Flexibility: Enjoy the benefits of a fully remote role with a collaborative and supportive team.
