Accelerate your career in human resources with our Human Resources Accelerator Program (HRAP), a key stream within our GRO early talent program. This two-year program features four 6-month rotations across high-impact HR functional areas such as HR Business Partner, People Analytics, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Global Learning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and more. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a broad HR foundation, and develop a global perspective on how HR drives business success. As part of GRO, you’ll join a vibrant community of peers, benefit from professional development sessions, core skills trainings, mentorship, leadership exposure, and be empowered to grow into a future-ready HR leader. Position Responsibilities: Rotate through four core HR functions, gaining exposure to strategic and operational aspects of human resources. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support initiatives that align with business goals and enhance employee experience. Contribute to projects in areas such as workforce planning, DEI strategy, talent development, compensation, and HR analytics. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable solutions. Participate in coaching, training, and mentorship to support your growth and development throughout the program. Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, or completion of an undergraduate degree and currently pursuing a post-graduate HR certificate, with an expected graduation Spring 2027. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to make meaningful change. Ability to influence through data and clear reasoning. A natural curiosity to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Salary range is expected to be between $80,000.00 CAD - $100,000.00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
