This is a great opportunity to step into a well-rounded operational position with long-term potential .Your Responsibilitie sYou’ll oversee office operations and act as the main liaison with the landlord, managing rent, maintenance, and overall workplace environmen tYou’ll manage accounts payable, expense tracking, and credit card reconciliations across office and corporate account sYou’ll support HR and payroll functions, including onboarding, time-off tracking, benefits updates, and system posting sYou’ll coordinate office equipment, vendor relationships, IT support, and software subscriptions to ensure smooth operation sYou’ll maintain corporate records, document management systems, and support audit and year-end preparatio nYou’ll manage administrative operations including meetings, calendars, mail, courier services, and internal communication sYou’ll organize staff events, travel, and internal engagement initiatives while supporting a positive office cultur eSkills and Qualification s10+ years of experience in office management or operation sStrong experience supporting accounting functions such as accounts payable and reconciliation sHands-on experience with HR coordination, payroll processes, or employee lifecycle suppor tProficiency with Microsoft Office is required, experience with Sage 50 and Dayforce is a strong asse tHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline sExperience supporting office and facilitie sStrong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindse tWhy Partner with Alti sIf you’ve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
