Inspect and evaluate material and equipment for compliance to standards. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies. Recruit, organize, train and manage staff. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize financial performance. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
