About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles in our company. Your goal will be to work collaboratively with our Talent Acquisition and HR teams, as well as our hiring managers, to attract top talent to our organization while ensuring excellent candidate experience. Your success in this role will be demonstrated through your ability to build relationships with stakeholders, meet hiring needs in a timely manner, and build pipelines for future roles. Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals Ensure that staffing needs are met with a long-term strategy in mind Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline Your Skills: Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Proficiency with social media, talent databases, and professional networks Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of applicant tracking systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Your Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role Post-secondary education in a related field (business, administration, human resources, or marketing preferred) The expected salary range for this position is $66,291 - $87.804.
