As Benefits Specialist (15-month contract), you’ll be coordinating and supporting employee benefits, retirement, wellness, disability, and leave programs across Sephora Canada. The work you do will impact beauty, as you help deliver a positive and seamless employee experience while supporting key Total Rewards initiatives. You’ll be part of a team that’s united in beauty, supported by those who are equally as passionate about helping employees understand and maximize the value of their Total Rewards programs.     What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including group health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, EFAP, retirement plans, and other offerings Act as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and HR partners by providing guidance on eligibility, coverage, claims processes, accommodations, leaves, and available support resources Manage the full lifecycle of leave, disability, and accommodation cases, including intake, documentation, case tracking, vendor coordination, return-to-work planning, and ongoing employee support Support Sephora Canada’s 2027 benefits carrier transition, including implementation activities, data validation, testing, employee communications, issue resolution, and post-launch support Create and maintain communication materials, FAQs, and reference guides that help employees better understand their benefits and leave programs, and make informed decisions with confidence Prepare reports, maintain tracking tools, review benefits data, support compliance activities, and contribute to process improvements that enhance employee support and operational effectiveness

  What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, Total Rewards, or a related field, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting employee benefits and leave programs Strong knowledge of group benefits, retirement programs, disability and leave administration, employee eligibility requirements, and payroll implications A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation is considered an asset Experience supporting benefits implementations, carrier transitions, system conversions, or major program enhancements is considered an asset Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, external vendors, and business leaders Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications A proactive, adaptable, and employee-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining confidentiality

Wealth. We’re passionate about pay equity and transparency. The compensation ranges between CAD$76,000.00 - CAD$85,000.00. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
