Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions by working closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud. Support Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, testing and deployment activities. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT teams to optimise business processes. Assist in configuring Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements. Create functional specifications, business process flows and user documentation. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation. Assist with Oracle HCM data migration, validation and reconciliation. Generate reports, dashboards and workforce analytics. Troubleshoot Oracle HCM application issues and coordinate resolutions. Ensure data accuracy, security and compliance with organisational policies.
