Senior Change Management Consultant Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to lead enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives supporting large-scale business transformation and technology projects.
The successful candidate will provide strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise, partnering with executive leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders to drive user adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure successful implementation of transformational initiatives. Please note: This position requires full-time onsite work (5 days per week) in Toronto.
Must-Have Qualifications Extensive enterprise-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience. Candidates without significant enterprise OCM experience will not be considered. Proven experience supporting large, complex transformation projects involving multiple business units and diverse stakeholder groups. Demonstrated experience developing and executing: Change management strategies Communication plans Stakeholder engagement plans Training strategies and training plans Change readiness assessments Resistance management plans Experience working closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams. Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement, coaching, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities Organizational Change Management Lead the development and execution of enterprise Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives. Apply industry-standard change management methodologies, tools, and best practices to support successful organizational adoption. Leadership Coaching & Advisory Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and advisory services to executives, leaders, managers, and project teams. Build organizational capability by promoting change management principles and helping leaders effectively support their teams through change. Stakeholder Engagement Identify, assess, and prioritize stakeholders impacted by organizational change. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and change champion strategies. Foster collaboration across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and commitment throughout the project lifecycle. Communications & Training Develop and implement comprehensive: Communication plans Sponsor roadmaps Stakeholder assessments Training strategies and training plans Resistance management plans Ensure stakeholders receive timely, consistent, and effective communications throughout the change journey. Change Readiness & Adoption Conduct organizational change readiness assessments and analyze findings. Identify people-related risks, barriers, and resistance points, recommending mitigation strategies. Develop and monitor adoption metrics, utilization measures, and proficiency assessments to evaluate change effectiveness.
