Position Overview We are seeking a high-impact, builder-minded Insurance Systems, Training & Compliance Specialist to join our team as we venture into Ontario! This is a grassroots role—a rare opportunity to step into a blank canvas environment where you will help define how we train, operate, audit, and scale. You will work across systems (including Epic), compliance, workflows, and service, acting as a connector between people, processes, and technology. This role is designed to grow into a leadership function, with a long-term vision of building and leading a team. Key Responsibilities Systems Training & Support (Including Epic) Design and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing users Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and system guidance Develop training materials, job aids, and documentation to support adoption Act as a subject matter expert on workflows, system usage, and best practices Audit & Compliance Execute audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, brokerage standards, and internal policies Identify gaps and proactively implement improvements Build and maintain audit processes, reports, and documentation Support regulatory readiness and foster a culture of accountability Workflow Development & Optimization Analyze how work gets done today—and redesign it for tomorrow Build, document, and implement scalable workflows across systems and teams Collaborate across departments to align operations with growth objectives Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency Customer & Service Support Support internal teams and external clients with timely, high-quality service Solve problems, remove friction, and enable better client outcomes Act as a trusted resource for process and system-related questions Help elevate the overall service experience across the organization

Who You Are Valid RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) 5 years minimum experience within the insurance industry Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements Experience delivering training or supporting end users Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are: Resilient and adaptable — you’re comfortable with change, ambiguity, and evolution Resourceful and proactive — you don’t wait for direction; you figure things out and move forward A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a constant flow of ideas Energized by a blank canvas — you’re not here to follow a playbook, you’re here to write one Curious and solutions-driven, always asking “how can we do this better?” A natural builder and future leader who wants to grow into managing and developing a team A collaborative partner who can influence, align, and bring others along Preferred CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) or CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) designation Level 2 or 3 RIBO License Experience with commercial insurance (strong asset) Experience in audit, compliance, or quality assurance functions Background in process improvement, systems, or workflow design
