Manager, Content Management & Insights Working closely with the Director, National Lead, Practice Management, the Manager Content Management and Insights will empower our Scotia Financial Planners (SFPs) as well as the Practice Management Consultants (PMCs) to deliver strong outcomes for SFP clients while delivering results aligned with the growth ambitions for Scotia Securities Inc. (SSI). This will be achieved by leading, designing, and developing engagement materials to support PMCs and FPs, liaise with the mutual fund product group and develop reporting and presentation content for business line leadership. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Champion a client focused culture, builds partnerships and develops positive working relationships to move business initiatives forward with key stakeholders.
Lead the communication plans for assigned initiatives and projects including key deliverables, timelines, and accountabilities, etc.
Develop relationships with SFP leadership, PMCs, product group, and other key teammates to drive initiatives forward.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Practice Management engagements and makes recommendations that enhance and improve the employee experience.
Lead the design, development, and management of the library of Practice Management artifacts, execution documents and SSI initiatives to ensure business objectives are met while identifying and developing strategic support material to improve our Financial Planning Team. Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

3-5 years related work experience in communication and/or training within the financial services industry
Knowledge of adult learning programs
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail Broad experience in the investment industry
Project management skills
Broad experience in HR Learning or building me@scotiabank courses
Experience in building learning or training content
Post-secondary education is considered an asset
Demonstrated proactivity to deliver results with a high sense of urgency
CSC/IFIC designation would be considered an asset
Proficiency in French is an asset
