About the role
Change Management Professional (Level 1) – Hybrid | Fraser Valley, BC
I'm recruiting for a 12-month contract (strong possibility of extension) for a Change Management Professional (Level 1) supporting a large enterprise transformation project.
Term: 12 months (likely to extend) Pay $43-50ph Incorporated or $35-41ph T4 - Targets
What you'll be doing:
Support change management and organizational readiness activities Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, and training Create presentations, job aids, guides, and training materials Organize and manage training schedules and logistics Track training metrics and stakeholder feedback Help ensure successful adoption of new business processes and systems Must-Haves: 1–2+ years of change management, training, or organizational change experience Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable facilitating training and speaking to groups Able to work onsite in the Fraser Valley on a hybrid schedule
Nice to Have: Utility industry experience Experience with Camtasia or video editing software
