WHO YOU ARE: You are a strategic and people‑centered HR Business Partner who thrives on building strong relationships and driving meaningful impact. You partner confidently with leaders at all levels, balancing business needs with a genuine commitment to employee experience. You bring structure to ambiguity, guide teams through change with clarity and empathy, and aren’t afraid to lean into complex conversations. From talent and performance management to employee relations and engagement, you lead with sound judgment, data‑driven insight, and a deep understanding of the business. Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Partnership Partner with senior leaders and people leaders to support business and HR priorities. Lead organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption. Align HR strategies with business goals using employee feedback, leader input, and HR metrics. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Optimize HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and enable data‑driven decisions. Participate in leadership and operational meetings and maintain ongoing HR professional development.
HR Programs & Policies Support and facilitate HR programs and policies, including talent, engagement, recognition, compensation, and wellness. Act as a liaison between leaders, employees, and HR to ensure awareness, understanding, and consistent application of programs. Lead annual engagement surveys, salary reviews, talent mapping and action planning. Deliver and support leader training on recruitment, performance management, engagement, succession planning, and core HR practices. Contribute HR content to leadership meetings, town halls, and corporate events.
Talent & Performance Management Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and selection, ensuring a strong candidate experience and competitive offers. Support onboarding and early‑tenure training to ensure successful integration of new hires. Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, and goal‑setting.
Employee Relations & Risk Management Advise leaders on employee relations matters, including performance management, discipline, and terminations. Lead and manage workplace investigations with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance. Support conflict resolution and mediation to promote positive working relationships. Manage accommodations, leaves of absence, and health and safety compliance to create a safe, inclusive workplace.
