*POSITION TITLE: *Outdoor Living Executive Coordinator

*POSITION TYPE: *Full-time

Nokomis Landscaping is a Landscape Design & Build firm located in Vernon that focuses on comprehensive residential projects. As our company enters its 20th year in business, we are looking to innovate systems with our operations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and our team. With improving our workflow, we aim to optimize training, project management, communication, and customer service. We are looking to fulfill this administrative position to help support management with these goals.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIE:

  • Finance. Coordination of Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Reporting, Filing
  • *Project Management. *Liaise with production/field staff & clients while streamlining systems communication, and ensuring project targets get met.
  • *HR. *Onboarding new employees, coordination and continued updates of employee master files (training, goal setting, & reporting file)
  • *Marketing. *Content Planning on social and website platforms relaying company branding appropriately.
  • *Business Development. *Assistance with short and long term implementation items in conjunction with business growth
  • *Sales, Estimating & Customer Management. *A customer-centric focus on delivering the best service to our clientele pipeline. Taking the lead on management of all past, current and prospective clients while assisting with upcoming sales proposals.

COMPENSATION:

  • Competitive Starting Wage: $25-28/hr
  • Incentive Bonus
  • Flexible Work Week: 32-40 hours per week.
