HR Operations Specialist Fully Remote Duration – 6 months Key Responsibilities Coordinate HR Shared Services work activities across North America. Support United States I-9 compliance administration and related documentation. Assist with unemployment claim administration and tracking. Conduct intake and routing of entry-level Employee Relations matters. Provide HR operational and back-office administrative support. Manage and coordinate escalations that require North America-based support. Partner closely with offshore support teams to ensure work is completed accurately and within service expectations. Monitor work queues, track open requests, and drive issues through resolution. Support reporting, data validation, process documentation, and general HR operations activities. Serve as a point of coordination between employees, managers, HR teams, vendors, and internal support functions. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments. Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple locations and time zones. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
