Role: Recruiter (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Payout: $15 - $20/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Associate Recruiter to work on a full-time basis. The role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for open positions while managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The position supports hiring managers in identifying top talent across various departments and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, including scheduling and follow-ups. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the ATS. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placement. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. • Strong communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail. • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
