HR Analyst V Location: Toronto, ON

Job Summary Compensation Advisory is a function within TD's Global Total Rewards group — an in-house compensation consulting team that provides advice and tailored compensation solutions for each business group based on their respective strategy and business requirements. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation Advisory, delivering professional research, high-quality analytics and technical services to one of TD's lines of business that support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of compensation policies and programs. This role will support the Business Banking (BB) and Chief Operations Office (COO) portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Complete all aspects of the market intelligence process including research, end-to-end employee matching, data validation, interpretation and professional presentation of findings for TD's line of business Prepare detailed compensation analytics and models as needed to support both cyclical and ad hoc project-related deliverables Support all compensation recommendations with market intelligence expertise and equity valuations Monitor trends in the external market Support the team of advisors with professional business-related research and analysis
Required Skills Excel super user — advanced proficiency required Experience with market intelligence cycles Experience supporting compensation analysis Understanding of market intelligence data Attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills HRPA designation (asset) CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation, or working towards it (asset)
Education Requirements Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Management, Human Resources / Labour Relations, Mathematics or Economics Post-secondary education in HR or Finance HRPA designation considered an asset
Required Experience 3 years of relevant experience
Nice-to-Have Experience Direct experience in a Compensation role is an asset
