The Role: Contributes to the overall success of Digital, Data & Analytics (DDA) by executing individual goals, plans, and initiatives that advance the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. As our Sr. Manager, Programming & Engagement, you are a key driver of culture and a strategic connector across DDA. You translate leadership intent into employee experience, ensuring every event, communication, and program ladders up to DDA's broader strategic priorities. You own the engagement operating system that runs across three key layers: Flagship events, Operating Rhythm, and Enablement of culture champions. Is this role right for you? - In this role you will:
Build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders across the bank to amplify broader bank events, communities, and knowledge for digital banking employees. Align programming to DDA's strategic priorities, ensuring every initiative, communication, and event reinforces leadership's narrative, business objectives & cultural commitments. Own the flagship events portfolio end-to-end, including our internal conferences, Hackathon, Employee Awards ceremony, and Holiday/Summer Socials Enable the DDA Collective program — oversee employee-driven engagement initiatives that create opportunities for our people to connect, grow, and celebrate with each other Maintain a pulse on employee engagement, tailoring programming and regular cadence communications around the needs of DDA’s people Steward the DDA Community SharePoint Hub as the single source of truth for event recordings, publications, templates, and key employee resources Partner with Global Comms and senior leaders to support and socialize org-wide initiatives and key messages. Build cross-functional relationships to amplify DDA's voice and bring broader bank knowledge in Champion inclusion and accessibility as design principles across all programming, content, and events Understand how the bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Champion a high-performance environment and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work experience.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
3+ years of experience in event management 3+ years working in enterprise level organizations 2+ years proven project management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once. Ability to write and edit clear and concise communications for various audiences. Attention to detail and time management are essential. Comfortable working in a self-guided manner and radiating skills outward to equip others to plan their own events.
