Your New Company Our client is a globally recognized beauty and skincare company known for its innovative products, strong brand presence, and people-first culture. As they prepare for the busy holiday season, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support large-scale seasonal retail hiring across multiple international locations.
Your New Role As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-volume seasonal recruitment initiatives. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer administration, and onboarding support. Responsibilities include: Reviewing high volumes of applications and conducting initial candidate screenings Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders Managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive candidate experience Preparing offers and collecting onboarding documentation Supporting hiring events, group interviews, and recruitment campaigns Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system Collaborating with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to meet hiring targets Supporting onboarding activities, background checks, and document collection
What You Need to Do Manage high-volume recruitment activity in a fast-paced environment Conduct candidate screenings and assessments Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics Support hiring events and candidate engagement initiatives Assist with onboarding and administrative recruitment tasks
What You'll Need to Succeed 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or hourly workforce recruitment experience is an asset Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Experience managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and candidate care mindset Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment Ability to facilitate group interviews or hiring events is considered a strong asset
