You will be required to work in the office 4 days a week. You do NOT need previous recruiting experience to be successful here. What You'll Do You'll learn to manage both the recruiting and sales sides of the business. Every day is different, and you'll gain experience in: Building relationships with technology professionals and business leaders. Identifying and recruiting top talent for exciting career opportunities. Developing new client partnerships through business development and networking. Matching candidates with companies where they can thrive. Guiding candidates and clients through the interview and hiring process. Attending networking events, including our Tech in Motion community events. Learning from experienced recruiters and sales leaders through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
