We collaborate with experienced instructors to provide career-focused learning opportunities for students and professionals worldwide.
Position Overview We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our recruitment efforts as we continue to expand our instructor network. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR student looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a growing startup. Preference will be given to 3rd-year and above undergraduate students or graduate students in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
Responsibilities Source and identify qualified instructors and professionals. Create and manage job postings across recruitment platforms. Review resumes and shortlist candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews. Coordinate interviews with the hiring manager. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Assist with onboarding selected instructors. Support other recruitment and hiring activities as needed.
Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related program (3rd year or above preferred). Previous recruitment, HR, campus leadership, or administrative experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable using LinkedIn and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism when communicating with candidates.
Position Details Location: Remote Employment Type: Part-Time (Contract) Hours: Approximately 6–10 hours per week Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Flexible working hours
