What You'll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring criteria Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline volume, and conversion rates
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, either agency or in-house Strong experience in sourcing across platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search Strong experience in managing multiple open roles simultaneously with the ability to prioritize effectively Strong experience in ATS tools and recruiting workflows Excellent written and verbal communication skills
