Coordonnateur(trice) de la paie – Temps partiel permanent Lieu : Lachine, Québec (hybride) Salaire : 32-36 $/heure Horaire : Environ 24 heures/semaine (3 jours) Lundi en présentiel Jeudi en télétravail 3e journée flexible selon vos disponibilités Disponibilité occasionnelle le mardi (ex. jours fériés)

Responsabilités principales Préparer, traiter et valider la paie hebdomadaire canadienne (Payworks) et américaine (Paychex). Effectuer les changements liés aux employés : embauches, cessations, ajustements salariaux, primes, avantages imposables, vacances et autres ajustements. Gérer les déductions, remises gouvernementales, relevés d’emploi (RE), dossiers CNESST et rapports de fin d’année. Vérifier l’exactitude des données de paie, effectuer les conciliations et répondre aux questions des employés. Maintenir des dossiers de paie confidentiels et collaborer avec les équipes RH et Finance.

Profil recherché 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en administration de la paie. Bonne connaissance de la paie canadienne; expérience avec la paie américaine un atout. Connaissance des exigences de paie au Québec, Ontario, Alberta et aux États-Unis. Expérience avec Payworks et Paychex (un atout). Grande rigueur, sens de l’organisation et respect de la confidentialité. Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais.


Payroll Coordinator – Part-Time Permanent Location: Lachine, Quebec (Hybrid) Salary: $32-$36/hour Schedule: Approximately 24 hours/week (3 days) Monday: In office Thursday: Remote 3rd day flexible based on your availability Occasional Tuesday availability when required (ex. holidays)

Key Responsibilities Prepare, process, and validate weekly Canadian payroll (Payworks) and U.S. payroll (Paychex). Process employee changes including hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, benefits, vacation payouts, and payroll adjustments. Manage deductions, government remittances, Records of Employment (ROEs), CNESST files, and year-end payroll activities. Review payroll accuracy, perform reconciliations, maintain confidential records, and respond to employee inquiries. Collaborate with HR and Finance on employee records and compensation updates.

Ideal Candidate 2–3 years of payroll administration experience. Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll; U.S. payroll experience is an asset. Knowledge of payroll requirements across Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and the U.S. Experience with Payworks and Paychex preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and highly confidential. Fully bilingual in French and English.
