About the role
The Global Institute for Technology Competitiveness (GITCOMP) is GitComp’s corporate social responsibility initiative, dedicated to supporting business creation and growth by helping reduce digital and technological gaps.
We invite students interested in completing their professional internship or social service remotely to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity allows participants to gain practical HR experience in an international, technology-focused environment while contributing to global initiatives and collaborating with multicultural teams. Selected interns will have the opportunity to contribute to international initiatives such as:
Tech Nights Tech Value Awards Global Digital Week
Participants may also gain exposure to projects involving recognized technology companies and organizations, including Google, HP, Siemens, NVIDIA, Lenovo, and others.

Main Responsibilities
As an HR Intern at GITCOMP, you will support the Human Resources team with:
Posting job opportunities and supporting recruitment activities Reviewing applications and assisting with candidate screening Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates Supporting employee and intern onboarding processes Maintaining HR records and documentation Assisting with personnel administration Supporting employee engagement and wellness initiatives Collaborating with multicultural and international teams Requirements Currently enrolled as a university student and seeking a professional internship or social service opportunity Interest in Human Resources, technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, or digital business Availability from Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule Access to a computer and a stable internet connection Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Conversational Spanish is highly valued Previous professional experience is not required What We Offer 100% remote work environment Practical Human Resources experience Opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment Validation of Social Service and/or Professional Internship requirements, subject to university requirements Continuous training and professional development Participation in real-world projects and international initiatives Networking opportunities with professionals from the technology sector Potential professional growth opportunities within the organization Eligibility to request a recommendation letter upon successful completion of the program Next Young Talent Program
The Next Young Talent Program is an international initiative focused on developing young professionals through participation in real projects, collaborative work, and strategic challenges.
Participants may contribute to initiatives involving embassies, business chambers, professional associations, and international organizations such as UNICEF, the United Nations, the OECD, and the World Bank.
Through this fully remote program, participants can strengthen their professional skills, expand their international network, and gain experience that supports their future career development.
Upon successful completion, participants may request a recommendation letter highlighting the projects and initiatives they supported during the program.
