Your Role
As HR Technician, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your Scope Includes
Entering and maintaining employee data in payroll and HR systems (positions, life cycle events) Supporting full-cycle hourly recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes Acting as a resource for employees on HR programs, benefits, and disability management Managing payroll-related activities, employment trackers, and short-term disability files Supporting workforce planning, training coordination, and maintaining the training matrix Coordinating temporary staffing and assisting with employee engagement initiatives Responding to HR, payroll, and systems-related inquiries from employees and supervisors
What You Bring
You're a natural fit for HR Technician if you have:
2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Education in Human Resources (undergraduate or postgraduate) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively A high level of autonomy, discretion, and collaboration skills Knowledge of employment standards, health & safety regulations, disciplinary procedures, and disability management
