Relevant directement du Superviseur – Revenus et facturation, la personne titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans le suivi des comptes clients et l’optimisation des stratégies de recouvrement.

Responsabilités principales du Spécialiste en collection
Effectuer le suivi des comptes en souffrance auprès des clients par téléphone, courriel et courrier, en coordination avec des agences de recouvrement externes Préparer, produire et analyser les rapports requis pour soutenir les stratégies de recouvrement (états de compte clients, indicateurs de performance, comptes à risque) Examiner les états de compte afin d’identifier les ajustements ou crédits potentiels et veiller à l’application adéquate des paiements Répondre aux demandes des clients et fournir des explications claires concernant leur situation financière et leurs états de compte Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (opérations, ventes, facturation et service à la clientèle) afin de résoudre les dossiers complexes Assumer toute autre responsabilité connexe contribuant au bon fonctionnement du service Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
Profil recherché
Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) minimum Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en collection Maîtrise d’Excel Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation Fort esprit analytique Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution Expérience en recouvrement
