Role Description: Mehtoj Group Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Safety & HR Coordinator to join our growing transportation and warehousing team. This role is responsible for supporting driver recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, workplace safety, and day-to-day human resources administration. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and maintain employee records.
• Ensure compliance with transportation safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate driver orientations and safety training.
• Monitor safety performance and assist with incident investigations.
• Manage HR documentation, benefits, and employee support.
