This role is centered on supporting organizations in improving workplace health and safety performance through proactive field-based consulting. You will work directly with client members of prevention mutual groups, helping them identify workplace risks and implement effective corrective action plans aligned with regulatory requirements. The position involves regular travel within the Montréal and Outaouais regions, offering a dynamic mix of on-site assessments, advisory work, and client relationship management. You will act as a trusted advisor, promoting prevention culture and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards. The role also includes contributing to program development and supporting clients in implementing structured SST initiatives.
