We are seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketer to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. Position Summary The Telemarketer is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective business clients, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and earning bonuses based on performance. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to businesses using provided lead lists. Introduce ALL-PRO Corp Ltd. and our services. Identify business needs and qualify prospects. Schedule appointments for the sales team. Update customer information in the CRM. Follow up with prospects by phone and email. Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals. Maintain accurate notes and records of all interactions. Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams. Qualifications Previous telemarketing, customer service, sales, or appointment-setting experience is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner. Comfortable handling objections. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems). Self-motivated and results-oriented. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace if working remotely. Preferred Skills Experience with B2B sales. Knowledge of CRM software. Experience with LinkedIn or email outreach. Familiarity with digital marketing, HR, or bookkeeping services is an asset but not required. Compensation Competitive hourly wage (based on experience).
