About the role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Direct and control daily operations . Direct staff. Evaluate daily operations . Motivate staff. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Train staff. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Manage training and development strategies. Compile data, statistics and other information. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Area of specialization: Financial statements. Invoices.
